ANAMELIA Silva has revealed that she was ‘body shamed’ by Tulisa duing her X Factor audition.
The Big Brother star made the shock confession after claiming she was unfairly edited.
Speaking to The Daily Star, the controversial contestant, 31, revealed that there was more than met the eye of her audition clip that was aired back in 2011.
She said: “The audition… there are some things that people do not know.
“I was on that stage for 15 minutes and they showed 38 seconds.
“One of the judges said something very, very rude to me, that actually even the audience was like ‘wow.'”
She added: “I became very defensive because I was asked how long it took for me to get in my jeans.
“From there, I became defensive throughout the audition. I just felt…”
The publication interjected asking: “That’s almost like body shaming?”
“Yeah, it was,” Anamelia agreed.
“If anyone was in my shoes, they would have become defensive as well because you’re standing there in front of hundreds of people and somebody asks you something like that.
“I was wearing these really tight leggings and I do have a figure on me. It was really embarrassing. They [producers] didn’t show that, but people in the audience saw it.”
In the clip that was aired at the time N Dubz singer Tulisa had told the Brazilian hopeful: “I think there’s a fine line between being confident and then being arrogant.
“I think you step over the mark.”
But the elongated exchange was never shown during the show which Anamelia says “left a bad taste in my mouth.”

Anamelia is not known for shying away from controversy – having ruffled a few feathers in the BB house.
The Brazilian spiritual adviser was left open-mouthed in shock when on the night of her eviction she was shown what her fellow contestants really thought of her.
As she was shown clips of her fellow housemates criticising her during the past seven days since they entered the show Anamelia could be seen gasping in horror.
One, Isaac Jagroop, was heard saying at one pint, “she makes everything about her all the time, me, me, me”.
Of the montage, Anamelia commented: “It’s so different in there. The stuff they were saying to my face. I’m so surprised.”
